Jessica has been Director of one of the UK’s top HMO brokering companies achieving sales on over 300 residential investment properties in recent years. Combining this experience alongside the family residential investment portfolio (primarily located in Greater Manchester), Yielding Property offers its services to residential landlords and buyers from near and far to maximise their money and benefit from high returns.
