Occupancy Information

Full tenancy schedule including current occupancy, tenant type, AST start and end dates, deposits held, details of any arrears, etc.

Historic Performance

12 months of property occupancy performance information (per unit or room where applicable) broken down per month showing a full picture of the investment potential.
